We have implemented COVID-19 restrictions to ensure patient and staff safety. Thank you for your patience during this unique time.

We ask that you attend your appointment alone unless you require assistance. In this case, we allow ONE person to assist you to your appointment. No additional family members or children are permitted to accompany you to your appointment. Minors are permitted one parent or guardian for the appointment. Anyone assisting patients outside of patient care (i.e. transportation), must wait in their vehicles or outside, not in our waiting area.

An appropriate face mask or covering that covers your mouth and nose are required when entering the office and throughout your stay. This includes when you are in the patient rooms. It is important that you keep your face covering on at all times to protect yourself and staff.

Our office follows the CDC COVID-19 guidelines in both office locations. We record patient temperatures and administer hand sanitizer prior to entering patient rooms, routinely sanitize patient waiting rooms and patient exam rooms, and ask COVID-19 related CDC questions to ensure your safety.

If you become infected with COVID-19 or exposed to COVID-19 prior to your appointment date, please be sure to notify our office before coming in to reschedule your appointment.

We have halted certain services (i.e. debridement system, whirlpool, self sign-in sheets, etc) and implemented certain services to protect you from patient-patient transmission.
